Storm, fire and water damage repairs, and end-of-lease make-good to schedule.
How we work
Four steps, in this order.

Quote
I walk the site, read the drawings, and come back with an itemised price. No allowances hiding the real number.

Fixed-price contract
A standard domestic building contract, fixed price, with the stages and payment points set out before anyone starts.
03
Weekly updates on site
Photos and a short written update every Friday, so you know what happened and what is next without chasing me.
04
Handover with the defects list closed
We walk through together, I write the list, and you get the keys once every item on it is done.

Who you’ll be dealing with.
I’m Adam Ratner. I’ve worked across the full lifecycle of building projects, commercial and residential, over a long run of years — early planning and approvals through to handover and defects. Ruby Con is based in Sydney and works across the Eastern Suburbs.
I take on a small number of jobs at a time and I’m on site for most of them. If you ring the number on this page, you get me, not an office.
